5 Old School Marketing Tactics We Love – | 5 Business Rules

Hi! Welcome to another episode of Five Business Rules. I’m Monika I’m Nicole. And today we are talking about some really fun, old-school marketing tactics that are still relevant in 2019 – so let’s jump into them. Number one is: don’t sell. Right? That is our natural inclination. As small business owners, we’re excited about what we offer And it’s natural to want to jump forward into the sales conversation. Don’t do that. Just have conversations. So I read about this one guy. I can’t remember what he does – I think he’s a photographer or something – and on Instagram, he stopped talking about what he does as a photographer, he stopped talking about his services, and instead he just shares beautiful images and his engagement on Instagram shot through the roof and naturally led to a lot of business. Well, you know, it’s interesting because we feel like we should be selling, right, even if we hate it. But it comes off more naturally and you can apply this to a lot of things. Uou use the photographer, right? He’s letting his work speak for himself. But I see a lot of people on social media and they’re like all they’re doing is, we did this, we did this either, we installed this client. And if you are an interior designer, that’s great. That’s what you should be showing off. It’s visual. However, you want to give people a reason to follow you and be interested and learn from you rather than just hearing, “We sold this,” and “Learn more about that.” No one likes to be sold to, right? Okay, number two:Try guerilla marketing. This is something – I actually have a book from, oh my gosh, the ’90s on guerilla marketing! Guerilla marketing has kind of morphed into experiential marketing in this day and age ,but it’s still relevant. It’s just doing something crazy and fun like putting up, gosh, like random a sign on the back of the bathroom stall. Yes, it sounds so random. But hey, you’ve got attention! Like you have focused attention right there and maybe your kid’s karate studio will let you promote something. Yeah, or whatever you do, really think outside of the box. And if you get super creative and let’s say, like say this photographer who I just talked about, just starts posting photos, sticking them on to lamp posts and park benches. People will be like, oh my god. What is going on? They’ll take a picture up and start sharing it. This is the thing about guerilla marketing. It’s doing something fun and creative that people engage with in in real-time. It’s an old-school tactic, but essentially the tactic is, be you, be something different, don’t do what everybody else is doing exactly. Okay, number three: Set up partnerships. Nicole and I don’t have an official partnership, right? We’ve never signed paperwork or anything, but we work together all the time and we end up promoting each other’s businesses constantly. I don’t know how many emails I’ve sent you in the last, like, month. “I need you on this project!” “I need you on this project!” “I need you on this project!” And it goes two ways. It’s been really, really good for both of our companies Not only do you get promoted and you get brought in, but also for you having partners, it expands your services and what you can do for the client. They’re going to be more apt to come to you if you can bring in partners. And I gotta say, it is lovely to have somebody to just even bounce ideas off of and even if you’re not officially working [together], we know each other well enough that I can call and say, “Hey does this make sense,” or what-have-you. And having those relationships are going to be valuable for so many things. Yeah, exactly. It’s beyond just cross selling each other and cross promoting each other. Take it offline! We talked about in other videos about how important those in-person meetings are, relationships are. Oh my gosh, get off of text, get off of email. Pick up the phone. Use video conferencing if a meeting in person isn’t viable, but meet in person. After we record a batch of videos today we’re going out to lunch. That’s important for our relationship! It’s important for any relationship. It is! But interestingly, if you hear journalists talking about how to best pitch them, they say, “Pick up the phone!” Everybody has gotten to, “Let me pitch them by Twitter, or let me send them an email.” Because that used to be the unique thing and the way to get them. And now they see their phones just don’t ring but their email boxes are flooded. So, again, it sounds outside-the-box to pick up the phone and call somebody. But do it. I guarantee – I do this, I know Nicole does it – you will see results. Okay, number five. I love love love this idea: give grants! I’ve seen small business owners provide grants. They don’t have to be big to be like scholarships, let’s say, to a young person who wants to start a business or it’s something community-based. Social good. You don’t have to necessarily give a bulk, big amount of money, right? Maybe you say for the month of November you’re gonna give 5% of your sales to X charity. Mm-hmm. It generates a lot of good feelings, good vibes. And the local news might pick it up. And then you also have a huge advocate in the student you gave a scholarship, the organization or what have you, and it might take a little while, but that relationship is going to pay off and come back to you, which is marketing. Thanks for watching this episode of Five Business Rules! If you liked what you heard and learned, please comment, please share, and we’ll see you next time. Bye!

Top 5 Places to Find Profitable Business Ideas in 2020 | Small Business Ideas

Hey guys, my name is Wilson. Today, you are in for a treat because we’re
going to be talking about the top five places to find the most profitable business ideas
out there. A lot of people have always been struggling,
struggling with finding the right business ideas because they don’t know where to find
them, so today I want to be sharing with you how I look for business ideas, things that
we think might work and areas where actually it inspires us to dig in further. So without further ado, here are the five
places to look for profitable business ideas in 2020. The number one place to look for profitable
business ideas is at Proctor&Gamble, Proctor&Gamble stands for P&G. P&G is a multinational huge company that owns
a lot of big consumer brands and a lot of it is actually probably brands that you use
at your own home, so brands like Gillette, brands like Pampers, brands like Oral-B. These
are big, big brands that actually sits in my home as well. So how do you actually and why would you want
to look at these brands and how do you actually find business ideas from these brands? Well, the reason why you want to be able to
do that is because you want to choose a brand or a product that has a lot of high demand
because you don’t want to go in a space that has no one in it because when the product
is not in high demand enough, then your profit is not going to be big enough as well, which
is a reason why you would want to study what is existing out there that is selling a lot,
that has a lot of demand. And that’s why we’re studying P&G. Now, for example, Dollar Shave Club does an
amazing job when they were studying, doing their case study, they were looking at Proctor&Gamble
and seeing how they can differentiate from Gillette. Gillette is a huge, huge shaving company. And so how Dollar Shave Club was able to stand
out from the crowd is because they differentiate from the mass consumer product. With Gillette, because of the fact that they’re
such a big company, is very, very difficult for them to create other products and be agile
that serves multi level of consumers. They create products that appeal to the mass
market, but nowadays consumer would like to shop for something specifically catered to
them, which is a reason why it’s such a great opportunity for us to be in the market, create
something that differentiates from the mass market, something that is tailored specifically
to a certain segment of customers. And that’s what Dollar Shave Club does an
amazing job with because they were targeting people, millennials who has disposable income
and on top of that, that values the convenience of having the product shipped directly to
the consumers. And because of the fact that they are a direct
to consumer brand, they take out a lot of different costs and they were able to keep
the cost very low as opposed to Gillette selling the regular shavers at a premium cost. And at the end of the day, Dollar Shave Club
did an amazing job differentiating, which is a reason why they got bought up by Unilever
by more than a billion dollars. A billion selling shavers. Huge, huge company. But nonetheless for me, whenever I look for
product and different business ideas, I would always look for product ideas from P&G because
they are the ones that are selling products that people have to replenish all the time,
that are always in high demand. For example, like toothbrush, like diapers,
shavers, deodorant, all these basic consumable goods is what they really focus on. And for you, look at these items and look
at how you can differentiate from them and cater to that sub target market, and that’s
where you’re going to be able to find your niche and the next profitable idea. If you guys like point number one, I really
hope that you can smash the like button because it’s going to help me within this whole YouTube
journey. I’m making all these videos for your consumption
because I really want to be able to create more value in this YouTube space, so make
sure that you guys smash the like button. Help me out. Without further ado, point number two. Point number two on how do you find the profitable
business ideas in 2020, it is through Craigslist. A lot of people actually find crazy ideas
through Craigslist. So what is Craigslist? Craigslist is basically an advertising platform
that has a ton of thing on there, people that are selling houses, people selling items,
people looking at jobs, discussion forums, all these crazy things that people are needing
to match up with they put it on Craigslist. So how are you going to be able to find ideas
through Craigslist? Well, believe it or not, one of the biggest
companies out there, Airbnb was actually born from an idea that they found from Craigslist. How is that the case? The founder actually was looking for a place
to stay, and he was on Craigslist, and found that there’s a lot of people listing their
places to rent on Craigslist. And in turn he was asking their friends about,
“Hey you know what? How do you actually find places to rent if
you don’t want to go to a hotel?” And everyone was saying just Craigslist. But while he was using Craigslist, he was
finding a lot of friction and a lot of inefficiency, the whole design was not appealing, which
is the reason why he took that idea and created Airbnb, a platform that becomes seamless,
makes it super easy for people to find places and really directed just on matching people
that want to have a place to stay and people who want to rent out their place. That’s how Airbnb was born, was through Craigslist. So the second place to find profitable business
ideas is for you to actually dig into Craigslist, look at different forums, look at different
sections, and see where is it that it has a ton of demand, where is it that a lot of
people are posting things, and see how he can make that experience just that much better. Take out the friction and make that experience
better for your customers. And a lot of times you can find a lot of golden
nuggets through being able to take that friction out. So if you are looking for profitable business
ideas, go search on Craigslist. The third place to look for profitable business
ideas is on eBay. Very similar to Craigslist as well, but with
eBay, eBay is basically a site that allows you to bid for items or just buy different
items. It’s another marketplace, but now eBay is
a lot more directed to just selling stuff and buying stuff. So if you want to be able to find a profitable
business idea, you can actually create a platform out of a specific category that is a lot more
niche. Now, let me elaborate on that. So for example, if you see a ton of demand
on people who are buying a retro Harley Davidson, when you see a lot of demands and you feel
like that you can create a platform that allows people to have a better experience buying
second hand Holly Davidsons, then you can actually create a website call it perhaps
Retro Harley Davidson. And you can now sell specifically just retro
Harley Davidsons on your website. And if there’s a big enough demand, you can
actually create a big and very engaged audience through your own platform. And that itself is a very profitable idea
as well, given the demand and given the fact that you can actually take out the friction
from the different people. So you would actually look at the reviews
from the listings as well when people are selling and buying. For example, if customers are complaining
about the fact that they have to go through a lot of hoops to buy a car on eBay, then
maybe you can look at all these different hoops that people have to jump through and
see what you can take out. See how you can reduce the friction for your
customers. And if you can actually solve that problem,
then you can actually have a product that your customers would prefer over buying stuff
on eBay. If there’s a big enough demand, then that
becomes a very profitable business idea for 2020. The fourth place to look for profitable business
ideas is on job boards. Why is it that we’re looking for job boards? It is because this same theory as eBay and
Craigslist, job boards like Indeed has a lot of people looking for jobs and a lot of people
actually posting job applications. And what you can do is actually study the
amount of people that are posting and study the type of positions that are available and
see how you can help bridge that demand and supply. I’ll give you an example, and this is a personal
experience that I have and something that I’ve an idea that has came about with me and
my wife. So we were thinking about… Because a lot of high schoolers are looking
for jobs, they’re looking for jobs, yet people don’t hire high schoolers because they have
no experience because their schedules are iffy, they can’t really work long hours. So what happens is that they probably don’t
have jobs and they have very, very difficulty finding jobs. And then at the same time, a lot of food and
beverage places are looking for people that can serve, looking for people that are without
that much experience because the job is very, very simple. What we can do and what the idea that we have
is to be the match people who are looking for their first job and people who are looking
for a first timer with no experience to create a platform that specifically caters to this. Now my wife’s going to kill you because I
just shared with you our secret idea, but nonetheless, this is a clear example of what
inspired us from coming up with this idea is us looking at different job boards because
we were looking to hire people for our ice cream shop, and I find it super difficult
to do so. That’s how we came up with this idea of catering
specifically for talent with no experience. So if you have any ideas or if you want to
have profitable ideas, then look at different job boards. Look at different job boards that cater to
the mass market and see how you can cater to the subcategories and create that niche. Because when you can do that, that’s when
you can actually serve a very particular type of demographic and the pie is still going
to be big enough because you’re looking at this established website. As you can see with point number one to point
number four I’m sharing with you, is that all these places that catered to the mass
market, we’re talking about a big piece of the pie because throughout the last 10, 20
years, a lot of these companies are creating products for the mass market. Nowadays what we can do is, from this mass
market, we can actually cater to the subcategories, create a niche that serves a particular type
of demographic and from there onwards, these become very, very lucrative business ideas
if we can segment and target specifically to a group of core clientele that has certain
problems such as food and beverage people looking for non-experienced people. That’s secret number four, finding inspirational
ideas on job boards. And the fifth place to look for profitable
business ideas is in your annoying life. No, not your annoying life, in areas that
you find annoying in your life. That’s what I meant. So a lot of people have annoyance in their
life, they feel like there are better ways of doing something, they feel like that some
of the processes that they have and that some of the things that they do just doesn’t make
sense. For an example, a lot of people, they don’t
like driving cars because of the fact that they don’t want to pay for parking, they don’t
want pay for insurance, they don’t want to pay for the price of the car and they live
in the city, so commute is super convenient. However, sometimes they want to have the convenience
of the car, sometimes they want to bring a date out, sometimes they want to go out and
buy stuff, sometimes they want to go out of the city and travel as well, which is a reason
why they would need a car maybe once or twice a month. Now how do you solve that problem? That’s how cars and go services have been
born because they want to be able to solve this specific problem. If you have a problem like that, the majority
of the time a lot of other people have the problem as well. So if you’re looking for profitable ideas,
go in your life and find inspiration. Find inspiration from things that are annoying,
things that you wish had existed. And a lot of times if you find it annoying,
a lot of other people find it annoying as well and this can become a problem that you
solve. And usually businesses are just solutions
to problems that people face. So there you go, the five different ways to
find profitable business ideas. So there you go, the five ways to find profitable
ideas. Number one, P&G, Proctor&Gamble. This is a big company that serves the mass
public. If you can actually find and dig into every
single product that they have and find that thing that you can differentiate from the
mass market, that you can pull out and serve a very particular subset of customer, that
can be a very profitable business idea. Second place to look for profitable business
ideas is through Craigslist. Craigslist is a huge, huge advertisement platform
with a lot of people posting things on there. Go through and dig in each of these categories
and find areas where you can actually solve the problem, things that you can actually
take out friction from because of the fact that once again, Craigslist serving the mass
public. If you can take that one thing and niche up
on it and serve that particular type of demographic, you’re going to be able to find yourself another
amazing winner. Now the third type of areas to find profitable
business ideas is through eBay. eBay, once again, it should niche down a lot more for
buying and selling. And once again, you find that sub category
and serve that sub category. Number four is through job boards. Job boards, once again, serves the mass public. Job boards like Indeed only serve basically
anyone that has a job posting they want to post up on there. Look for the subcategories, look for the industries
that you want to be able to serve, that you think is annoying for you, you think that
you can take out the friction for you. And lastly, your annoying life, your areas
that you find annoying in your life. Find inspiration from that, solve that problem,
and that’s your profitable business idea. I really, really hope you enjoyed this video. It would help me a tiny if you just smash
the like button. Nothing else I ask for. I just want to be able to share a lot more
good stuff with you. If you guys enjoyed this video, please do
that for me. Otherwise, subscribe along the journey. I’m going to make tons of great videos for
you. And nonetheless, leave me a comment below. I’ll see you guys in the next video.

Small Business Ideas: How to Start an Online T-Shirt Business

Not only are they a classic piece of casual
wear, but t-shirts are a blank canvas for artists and entrepreneurs alike. Because of
this, selling t-shirts online has become a very popular business choice. The good news
is that online t-shirt stores are relatively inexpensive and quick and easy to set up.
The bad news is competition will be stiff and the margins can be small so in order to
be successful with your new t-shirt brand, you have to make the right decisions from
the get go. In this video, we’ll go through the entire
process of starting an online t-shirt business. We’ll go over strategy, t-shirt and print
quality, as well as creating and mocking up your designs. And then we’re going to show
you step by step the easiest – most cost effective way to get your online t-shirt store up and
running – without having to deal with any upfront inventory costs, minimum orders, or
even shipping and fulfillment. Now, I’ll be starting a store from scratch
so I can show you just how easy it is to get up and running – here’s a quick peek at
what the final product will look like. So follow along and by the end of this video,
you too will have created a beautiful online t-shirt store – even if you have no design
or coding experience. Okay, There’s a lot to cover in this video,
so if you’ve already thought about your strategy, tshirt quality and design – you
may want to skip ahead to one of the following sections: And for those of you just starting out, let’s
get started with some strategy and the key areas you’ll want to focus on to ensure
you build a solid brand that stands out from the competition. Great, let’s get started. Niche – You hear the term get tossed around
a lot, but nowhere is it more important to choose a niche than in the graphic t-shirt
industry. In general, broad categories like t-shirts with funny slogans are going to be
challenging to gain traction for right away because there’s so much competition online.
You’re going to want to tighten it up a little more. An example of a more specific
niche would be t-shirts with funny slogans that relate specifically to fitness. Design – The majority of people that are purchasing
graphic tees are looking for designs, graphics and slogans that connect with them and reflect
their opinions and personality. Your designs don’t necessarily need to be complex, in
fact many of the best selling graphic tees are very simple, however, they do need to
connect with your audience and stand out. Quality – Another extremely important factor
in the success and sustainability of an online t-shirt business is quality. You can fool
someone once, but you can’t fool them twice. The quality of the shirts you use and the
prints needs to be good quality. A pattern that fades and cracks or a t-shirt that shrinks
and rips won’t create raving fans that come back and repurchase. Let’s dig a little
deeper into t-shirt and print quality. So, T-Shirt Quality. Not all t-shirts are
the same and not all print jobs are the same, so it’s important to educate yourself and
choose your blank shirts wisely. It will always be tempting to sacrifice on
quality for higher profit margins but you need to consider how the quality will affect
customer’s decisions to share your brand and repurchase in the long run.
Now, quality t-shirts encompass several factors, including fit, sizing, material, softness,
and weight. A great starting point for determining which blank t-shirt to use is to check out
T-Shirt Magazine Online’s review of some of the most popular blank t-shirts for printing.
We’ve linked to this in the description of this video.
Once you narrow down your choices, we suggest you order each of the t-shirts yourself to
make an informed final decision. T-Shirt Printing Quality – In this day in
age, there are three popular methods for printing designs onto t-shirts. Each method has its
pros and cons, and will partially depend on how much time you want to invest into the
product creation, as well as the printing partner you choose.
One of your options is screen printing, which is an old technique that has stood the test
of time. As one of the most popular methods for printing onto t-shirts, screen printing
can produce durable and long lasting results. However, a labor intensive initial setup means
screen printing is most cost effective when printing in bulk.
Screen printing also poses issues when it comes to complex designs or designs with more
than four to five colors as each color increases costs and production time. Another printing method is Heat transfers
and heat transfers have also been around for a long time and exist in several forms. You
may have even seen basic heat transfer paper at your local office supply store. Although
these make it easy to print your designs from your home computer and transfer them with
an iron, these won’t cut it when it comes to running a business.
The more advanced form of heat transfers are called plastisol transfers and are printed
by professional printers on special, high quality heat transfer paper. The advantage
of this is being able to order a stack of prints from your local printer and transfer
them to your t-shirts as you receive orders with a commercial heat press machine.
Heat transfers can produce full-colour images onto t-shirts relatively easily and quickly.
The final technique for printing is the direct-to-garment printing process, which operates much like
a ink-jet printer you would have at home. The printer prints ink directly onto the t-shirt
and can produce full color images with accuracy. Direct-to-garment printing produces quality
printing on par with screen printing and better than heat transfers. Because it operates just
like an ink-jet printer, there are no setup costs. This means that it’s easy and cost
effective to print small orders. The major disadvantage however is the lack
of volume discount for large orders, as it takes the same amount of time to print each
shirt. So which option is best for your business?
Well, like we said, it all depends on your unique situation. However, for a lot of new
online t-shirt businesses, it will be tough to sell a large volume of shirts immediately,
which makes screen printing too pricey and although heat transfers allow you to print
on demand – it is time consuming and generally of lower quality. So Direct to Garment may
be your best bet. Alright, let’s talk about T-shirt design.
Now, if you already have a design, feel free to skip ahead. Creating your designs – Once you have some
ideas for t-shirts you’ll have to actually design them. Now, if you have Photoshop or
similar programs you can try producing some simple designs yourself – however if you’re
like most people, you will likely need to enlist some help. A great place where you
can find a design community with loads of unique talent is on dribble. Search for the style you’re looking for
and message the designers you like to see if they’re available for freelance projects.
Additionally, if you can’t find a designer, there are also options to purchase pre-made
designs. We suggest taking a look at the t-shirt marketplaces Designious and T-Shirt Factory,
which we’ve linked to below this video. Although you’ll want to keep in mind that
if you choose to go this route, there’s a high likelihood that other people are already
selling the design, making it harder for you and your brand to stand out.
You may also want to check out general graphic design marketplaces like Creative Market and
Graphic River but keep in mind if you plan to sell your t-shirts, you’ll need to purchase
a commercial license. Mocking up your designs – Once you have some
final designs, your next step will be to get some mockup images of them on actual t-shirts.
Your customers are going to want to actually see what the final design will look like printed
on a shirt. The easiest way to do this is to use a free
web-based T-shirt mockup tool. These tools allow you to quickly preview how your designs
will look printed on a t-shirt. Head over to “ShirtMockUp.com” or “Theprintful.com/generator”
to give it a try. And for those of you who are comfortable using
Adobe Photoshop, you can also make use of the abundance of photoshop-t-shirt templates
you can find online. Most Photoshop templates come with multiple
layers that allow you to change the colour of the shirt and apply your own design that
will blend with the creases and folds of the shirt. I’ve linked to a few of these in
the description of this video. Validating your designs – Before you spend
a lot of money on your new business idea, you should first verify that there is a market
for your designs. There are a number of ways you can do this.
The first thing you can do is post some of your designs to facebook twitter, and other
social networks your friends and potential customers are a part of to see if there might
be some interest. Be careful asking friends however, their opinions will usually be biased
because they want to support you.. Now, a great place to go to get some unbiased
feedback for your designs is reddit. The unique thing about reddit is that there
are thousands of category specific subreddits, so it’s easy to find a highly targeted niche
of potential customers. To find relevant subreddits, simply use reddit’s
search feature and type in your keywords of choice. From there you can ask them first
hand their thoughts on your designs before launching. Kickstarter and other crowd-funding websites
have also made it much easier to test, validate, and collect money upfront for your new business
idea. Launching a crowdfunding campaign can be time consuming and requires a good deal
of preparation, however, the benefits can be huge, which include fully funding your
project before you have spent a dime. Those are just a few methods you can try to
validate your t-shirt ideas, however with ecommerce platforms like Shopify, it’s never
been easier to set up a fully functional online store in a matter of minutes to validate your
business idea. Additionally, we think the easiest and most
practical way to get your online t-shirt business started is by integrating your store with
an online, on-demand, printing and fulfillment service.
These services are incredibly convenient and allow you to set up your online t-shirt store
without any risk. They offer a wide variety of t-shirts you can print on, there are no
set up costs, no minimum orders, and you don’t need to hold inventory.
You simply upload your T-shirt artwork, and the type of shirt you want them to print on
and when you receive an order, they print your shirt, and send it directly to your customer.
The great thing is, the customer has no idea you’ve used this type of service, because
you’re able to customize the return address and include your branding in the packaging.
Also, if you’re using Shopify – there are several of these services in our app store,
that connect directly to your ecommerce store. This means that once a shirt is ordered from
your online store – it will be automatically created, and shipped to your customer. I’ve
linked to a few of these providers in the description of this video but for now let’s
head over to Shopify.com and sign up for a free trial so we can show you just how easy
it is to get your t-shirt business up and running with one of these services.
So, for those of you who don’t know, Shopify is a fully hosted, turnkey, ecommerce solution
that allows you to easily setup and run your own beautiful store on your own domain.
I’m going to quickly start a new store from scratch, so I can walk you through the set
up process. The first thing I will cover is how to sync your store with an on demand printing
and fulfillment service, and then I’m going to show you how to add products, and customize
the look and feel of your store. To start, we’ll type our email into the
box there and hit get started. Then we’ll create our password and the name
of our store. If you’re following along and haven’t decided on a name for your store
yet, don’t worry you can easily change your store name later.
Okay, so it just takes a few moments to create your store.
Great, so Shopify wants to know where we would like to sell, let’s focus on an online store
for now. Let’s quickly add our address to set up
our shop’s currency. Okay, so Shopify wants to know a little bit
more about our plans. “Are you already selling?”. And we haven’t started selling products
yet so I’ll tick that off. and how much revenue does your business currently
make in a year. We’re starting from scratch so I click $0. Okay so now that we’ve created our online
store, we’ll find ourselves within the shopify admin dashboard and it’s best to think of
the dashboard as the control center for all the operations we’ll perform on our shopify
store. Now, I want to get right into showing you
how to integrate with a on-demand, printing and fulfillment service so let’s jump right
into it – but if you’re looking to go into more detail with starting your shopify store,
we have another great tutorial video that shows you how to get up and running in more
detail. I’ve linked that video in the description of this video.
Okay, let’s get started. So the first thing we’re going to do is head to the shopify
app store. To do this, we’ll click on the “apps” tab on the left panel and then
we’ll select “visit the app store”. So the Shopify App store has 100s of apps
that can extend the functionality of your shopify store
in categories ranging from marketing, shipping, sales and customer service.
Now, we’re looking for a pretty specific type of app, so let’s narrow our results
by searching for the word “t-shirt”. As you can see there are currently 6 available
apps that appear in the search results for “T-shirt”, you can take a look at each
of them and read what they have to offer as well as look at customer reviews.
For this tutorial, we’re going to take a look at printful.
Okay so like we said – No upfront costs, they offer personal branding – so it looks like
you sent it and no manual orders – everything is automatically sent to printful.
If we scroll down we can see, they offer a variety of t-shirts, American Apparel, Gildan
and Anvil. They also offer Sweatshirts, posters, mugs and a whole bunch of other products if
you’d like to branch out. They also offer 20% off and free shipping
if you’d like to order samples of your t-shirts and the conveniently provide you with mock
up images that you can use in your shopify store. They even have some pre-written product
descriptions you can use – although we suggest creating your own.
Alright, let’s go ahead and add the app and it will bring us to the signup page, where
we’ll want to create an account. I’ve already created an account so I’ll
be brought directly to my Shopify page where, I’ll want to install printful. Once you’ve
created account as well, you will be redirected here.
Okay so our store is now synced with printful, and we haven’t added any products to our
store so we won’t see anything here quite yet.
In the blue box, we can see that printful wants to make sure we follow their print guidelines.
Let’s click on that link. Here we can see more information on the t-shirts
and pricing they offer. If we scroll down we can see the variety of
shirts and sweaters they offer and if we click on the image, we can see all the colours that
are offered, as well as a description and sizing information.
If we click on the retail prices tab we can see how much each shirt will cost. And these
prices are what you pay for the shirt and the print. The American Apparel 2001 T-shirt
costs you $16 and if you sell your t-shirt at $26 you will profit $10.
Of course, you decide how you want to price your t-shirt so you determine your own profit
margins. If we click on the shipping tab we can see
the rates for the USA, Canada and the rest of the world. Just like pricing, it’s up
to you to you to decide if you want to offer free shipping on your products or if you want
to adjust your shipping rates according to the printful rates. We’ll dig into this
in more detail shortly. If we click on the mockups tab, we can download
some apparel mock ups and they also point you in the direction of some other mock up
tools that we mentioned earlier like shirtmockup.com. And if we click on the guidelines tab – we
can get some instruction on the details of the print file we need to include.
We can very easily download these files and work along with them, but if we want to get
started quickly, we can click on the mockup generator from the top menu.
So this feature allows you to generate a t-shirt mockup and print file very easily. The first
thing we can do is pick our t-shirt brand. We’re going to print on American Apparel
Tees, so I’ll select that. The next thing we’ll do is pick our t-shirt
colour. And then we can upload our artwork. Once it’s uploaded we can adjust, where
we want it to appear on our T-shirt. center the file by clicking the center button,
or adjust the size of our graphic by using the slider bar.
When we’re ready we can click to proceed to the file generator and click to generate
the mockup and printfile. And it will just take a few moments. And We can now download
these files. Great, now let’s quickly set up our billing
information so we can get all synced up with Shopfiy. There are few options and we’re
going to go with the default payment method. Now, if your printful account is connected
with your Shopify store, all you have to do is add a credit card and any new shopify orders
will automatically be added to printful and your credit card will be automatically charged
for them. No manual order submission required. Okay, let’s head over to our Shopify store
– and we’re going to add our first t-shirt to our store.
To do this we’ll click the products tab and select add product.
Let’s name our Shirt Just below that we can add our product description.
You’ll want to take some time to craft a proper product description but we can always
change this later. Type: T-Shirt
Vendor: Shopify And let’s make sure we add this to the frontpage
collection, which means the product will be featured on our home page.
And Images. This where we can upload our T-shirt mock ups, or if we have any shots of our products
on models or anything like that. For now, let’s just add the mockup file that printful
created for us. Okay price. I’ll just go with $30 for now.
Since we plan to print on demand, we don’t need to track inventory. And this product
has multiple options. So we’ll need to add the weight of our product
for when we set up our shipping rates. We’ll get into this in more detail but for now,
I’m going to say that our t-shirt weighs 0.5 kilograms.
Variants, this is where we can add or different shirt sizes. And we’ll just type in the
sizes we offer and separate them with a comma. Okay, let’s hit save product. And our product
has been successfully created. So now, we’ll want to sync our t-shirt with printful. Let’s
hit this handy button on our top bar and select “edit on printful”.
And as we can see our Shirt has been synced and it is showing the sizes we added. What
we can do now is add our printfile, and let printful know what type of shirt and size
we would like them to print on. Product Type, T-Shirt.
Brand: We’re going to go with American Apparel and the model, we’ll go with the very popular
2001, fine jersey sleeve men’s t-shirt. The size for this one will be small, and the
colour black. We can now add our printfile by selecting
“front print” and clicking upload file –
and then we’ll locate the printfile we generated and downloaded
and click the image to confirm.
We also have the option to add a back print or outside label at an additional cost. We
can also add the mockup we created. Let’s go ahead and do that.
It will just take a few seconds to upload – and again we’ll click the image to confirm.
Then we will hit done – and repeat the process for the additional sizes.
As you can see all the info is conveniently filled out and we simply have to change the
size of the shirt. I’ll just adjust our large shirt as well.
Great, so our t-shirt is all synced up with printful and ready to go. Now let’s take
a look at adding our branding to the packages printful ships out to our customers.
So, printful is completely white label, which means you will not see their name or branding
anywhere and they make it very easy to add our branding to their packages.
To do this we’ll head to “settings” from the top tab, select stores from the left
tab and then click edit. So here we have the option to add our branding
sticker. Follow printful’s size and quality guidelines, and at no extra cost you can easily
add your logo to all your packages. Additionally you can add some custom text
to your packing slips by filling out the custom packing slip message right here and you also
have the option to change your return address, although printful recommends that you keep
their address as the return address. Okay great, so now that we’re all synced
up with printful, let’s head back to our shopify admin dashboard and quickly set up
our payments and shipping rates. To set up payments, we’ll head to settings
and then select payments. Okay, so for our users in the UK, US and Canada,
our Shopify stores have automatically been set up with Shopify payments, which allows
us to start accepting payments from all major credit cards instantly.
All we have to do is click to “complete shopify payments account setup and fill out
the relevant information. And for our users outside of the UK, US, and
Canada, don’t worry – Shopify has integrated with over 70 different payment partners so
there are plenty of hassle free options available. Additionally, as soon as we open our Shopify
store, we will be set up with a Paypal Express Checkout account with the email we used to
sign up for our Shopify Store. As soon as we receive our first order through
PayPal Express Checkout, Paypal will send us an email that contains the link and instructions
to complete our Paypal account set-up and claim our funds. Alright, let’s setup our shipping rates
and to do this we’ll select the shipping tab on our left panel. Okay, so like we said before it’s entirely
up to you how you want to set up your shipping rates. You may decide you want to offer free
shipping to your customers, or even build the shipping prices into the cost of your
shirt. We have some great resources that can help you get a shipping strategy in place
that I will link to in the description of this video. But for now, we’ll show you
an easy, and safe way to set up your shipping rates, so that they match the rates that printful
will charge you. Let’s pull up Printful’s shipping rates
for reference. So you can see they have different rates for
the USA, Canada and Worldwide shipping. We’ll set up our Canadian rates first, because that
is where we are located. So our first t-shirt will cost $8.00 and each
additional shirt will cost $1.00. So we’ve already been set up with some standard
shipping rates – but these won’t do us much good since we want to match printful’s rates.
So let’s get rid of the heavy goods shipping. And let’s open up the standard shipping
and customize it. Let’s set up a shipping rate for if our
customer orders 1 t-shirt. So, the first thing we’ll want to do is change our criteria
to “based on weight”. Now, if you remember we put the weight of
our t-shirt at 0.5kg. so we’ll put our range 0.0kg – 0.5 kg. And we’ll set the shipping price to $8.00
as per Printful’s rates. Now we can hit save and our shipping rates
for orders of a single t-shirt have been set. So next we’ll want to set up a rate for
customer’s who order 2 t-shirts. We’ll click “add shipping rate” – I’ll add
the same title “Standard Shipping”. Okay so we know we’ve weighted 1 t-shirt
at 0.5kg, so 2 t-shirts will weigh 1kg. Therefore we’ll want to change the weight range of
this rate to 0.6kg, so that it weighs more than 1 shirt – to 1 kg. And we know printful charges 1 extra dollar
for each additional t-shirt to Canada so we’ll change our rate to $9 instead of 8. We can keep filling these rates out in a similar
fashion – you may also decide to give your customers who are ordering a bunch of shirts
a deal on shipping. You can achieve this by changing the weight
range for example to 1.1-20kg with a shipping rate of $10. Meaning if they order, 3 shirts
or more they are offered the same rate of $10. To set up rates for the USA we can click “add
country”, and select the united states. We’ll then follow the same method we used
to set up our Canadian rates. To set up international rates – click add
country, select “rest of the world” and again follow the same process to set up your
rates. Okay, so we’ve taken care of the logistics.
Our store is integrated with printful – our products are synced and we’ve provided print
files. We’ve set up our billing information on
printful and set up our shopify store to accept payments. Our shipping rates are set – but
you’re probably wondering – what does my store actually look like? Well, that’s really
up to you. Let’s head back to our admin and click on
themes tab to get started customizing the look and feel of our store. So, the theme of a Shopfiy store controls
all aspects of the store’s appearance and layout. Now, Shopify actually automatically
sets us up with an introductory theme called launchpad, which is a great starter theme
– but let’s quickly head over to theme store and explore some options. So there are lots of themes to choose from
and we encourage you take some time looking through them and seeing which one would work
well with your t-shirt business. For now, let’s narrow our results a little
bit by selecting a free theme, that is in clothing and fashion. So our results have narrowed significantly, and I’m personally drawn to the “new standard”
theme so I’ll click on it. Here we can learn more about the theme, view
a demo, see what styles it comes in and read some reviews. If we’re satisfied with what we see we can
click “Get Theme” and publish it as our stores theme. And it will take a few moments to publish
it. Now, we can view what our store is looking
like by clicking this view on your website button or at any time by using the handy icon
in the bottom left corner. So our website is pretty blank – we’ve only
added one product. But we can easily customize our theme and start filling it out by adding
our logo to the top – adding a nice slider image and filling out our About us section. First things first, I’m going to quickly
go back to our products page and add 3 more t-shirts just so we can better visualize our
store. I’d encourage everyone to do the same. If you’re following along, make sure
to add your new products to the “front page” collection so they will appear on your home
page. I’d also like to mention that if you’re
adding shirts that you plan to sell, remember to sync them with printful, by using the same
process we used with our first t-shirt. Okay great, so we now have 4 products to fill
out our store and help visualize it. Let’s head back to our themes and click customize
theme. And there are our 4 products displayed on our front page. Let’s start by adding our logo – to do this
we’ll click the “header tab”. If we read the description it let’s us know that
our logo dimensions can be a maximum of 844 pixels wide and 200 pixels high. I’ve already got a logo prepared so I’ll
click choose file – locate my image, and click open. Great, let’s save those changes. Next up, let’s add a slider image, by clicking
the back arrow and going down to the homepage tab. We can see that our image should be 844 pixels
by 490 pixels. Let’s click the replace button under “slide 1” and select our banner
image. Cool – so that’s added. I also have another
one I will add so it can scroll through two different photos. Same idea, I’ll click
replace under Slide 2 and locate my photo. Awesome, you can also very easily add captions
– or you may even decide you want to turn off the slider.
Take some to explore the storefront editor, it’s extremely intuitive so you can easily
customize the look of your store. If we look at the footer section, for example
we can easily link our social icons, which are located at the bottom of our page to our
appropriate channels, simply by changing the URL. If we don’t use a particular social channel,
we can easily remove the icon by deleting the URL entirely. And as you can see our Google + icon is no
longer there And if we’re interested we can add our contact
information into the boxes below. Okay let’s save changes. Alright, so our
T-shirt store is starting to fill out nicely and another thing we may want to edit is our
“about us” section and our blog. To start, we’ll head back to our admin dashboard and
click pages. From within the pages we can very easily customize
our about us page and we can change the text on our frontpage by selecting the “frontpage”
section. And just like everything else, adding blog
posts is extremely easy. Click on the blog posts tab from the panel and there is one
set up for you that is ready to edit. And to add additional blog posts, simply hit
the “add a blog post” button from the right hand corner. Okay and the last thing we recommend you do
is register a custom web address by clicking settings and then domains. All new stores
start with a with a (dot)myshopify(dot)com address as a way to log in and store our content
safely, however it will look much more professional if you get your own custom .com address for
example. You can do this very easily by selecting the
“buy a domain” button and the domains will even be offered to you at a discounted
price – or – if you already have domain, you can easily add it to your store by selecting
to add an existing domain. And there you go, just like that you’re
all set up with your custom branded, online t-shirt store. And if you’ve followed along,
your t-shirts are all synced up with printful – so when someone purchases a t-shirt – an
order is automatically sent to printful, printed on your t-shirt of choice and sent directly
to your customer. And since you don’t have to worry about
upfront inventory costs, or printing and shipping you’ll have plenty of time to focus on other
aspects of growing and running your online t-shirt business. I’d also like to mention that your store
is currently private, and password protected – but when you’re ready to launch you can
easily remove your password by heading to settings, then scrolling down to the “storefront
password” section to remove your password and make your store live to the public. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate

7 Easy Service Business Ideas for 2019

Service businesses are expected to post record
high levels of growth in the next several years, adding 9.3 million jobs by 2024. In goods-producing industries, job growth
is actually expected to decline, so the service industry is definitely the place to be. Running a service-based business has a lot
of advantages, such as not needing to buy inventory, lower overhead expenses, and the
ability to customize and scale services more easily. I’m Priyanka Prakash, senior staff writer
at Fundera. Today, I’ll cover seven awesome service business
ideas that you can start even if you’re on a low budget or don’t have a lot of time to
devote to your business idea. Service business idea number one is educational
services. The education sector is growing rapidly and
is expected to be worth over $2 trillion by 2026. This includes both educational services for
children and adults. Educational services can mean many different
things, but one big area of opportunity is different modes of learning such as virtual
learning, adaptive learning, and webinars. If you can provide a service that eliminates
physical barriers to learning or that makes learning more inclusive to a wider set of
students from different backgrounds and income brackets, you have a great educational service
business idea on your hands. For example, take a look at udemy.com This
site is a giant in the virtual learning space and offers over 100,000 online courses and
has over 30 million students. Udemy offers courses on everything from software
certification to marketing to music. As this example shows, the main foundation
you need to provide educational services is a great website. You can partner with experts in almost any
field and provide an online platform for them to spread their knowledge. College and school consulting services are
also great ways to get into the education sector on a small budget. Service business idea number two is transportation
and logistics. Transportation and logistics are the backbone
of the national economy. The logistics industry is currently valued
at more than $1.6 trillion and makes up 8% of US GDP. Many local and state governments are also
building up transportation infrastructure and integrating tech advancements into transportation. Transportation is an industry that will undergo
massive changes in the next several years. With the rise of services like Uber and Lyft,
and the development of driverless cars, these changes are actually making it easier to get
into the transportation sector without the costly proposition of selling or leasing actual
vehicles. For example, CityMapper is an app that uses
publicly available transit data to make it easier to get around cities. The app gives real-time status information
for buses and trains, and integrates with ride sharing services like Uber. To start a transportation service business
at a low cost, build on your city or town’s existing infrastructure and simply make it
easier for people to get to where they want to go. Service business idea number three is financial
services. U.S. financial markets are among the largest
and most liquid in the world. Together, finance and insurance represent
7.4% of US GDP, and the finance sector is very broad, encompassing banking, lending,
credit cards, investing and many other areas. Stripe is a great example of a finance-related
service business idea. Originally, Stripe started as a service to
help small ecommerce sellers process credit card payments. Now, Stripe services tech giants like Expedia
and Zillow by providing online payment flows, subscription billing platforms, and credit
card processing services. If you’re tech savvy, you could potentially
make a lot of money by building software for finance providers and big companies. Financial consulting in the areas of tax,
accounting, and operations can also be very lucrative. Service business idea number four: leisure
and hospitality services. Leisure and hospitality is another great service
business idea for new entrepreneurs to get involved in. Since the end of the recession in 2009, American
consumers have consistently spent more money on tourism and travel, collectively spending
$185 billion in 2017. Now, something like running a bed and breakfast
or hotel can be very costly, but there are alternative ways to get involved in the hospitality
industry without breaking the bank. As an example, consider the company Roadtrippers. This startup has raised millions of dollars
in venture capital, and they focus on just one service: helping people plan a fabulous
road trip. They’ll help you map your route, discover
interesting stopping points off the beaten path, and provide trip guides for different
parts of the world. In order to break into this service business
idea, consider how you can help customers get the most out of their upcoming trip or
vacation. Service business idea number five is home
health care services. By 2030, there will be over 70 million Americans
over the age of 65. Not to mention, with everyone living longer
now, home health care services probably won’t see a decrease in demand anytime soon. If you’re already a licensed nurse, therapist,
or social worker, you can leverage your degree and background into a home health business. However, even if you’re not licensed in those
types of fields, you can still start a home health care business without a big investment
of time or money. For example, the state of New York requires
just 75 hours of training to become a licensed home health aide, and the New York Department
of Health covers the cost of training as long as they have approved the training agency. And guess what? Home health care services also made it onto
our list of the best home-based business ideas. Check out our home business ideas video for
more information.[a] Service business idea number six: personal
services. The personal services industry is a catch-all
industry that includes several great service business ideas, such as pet grooming, dating
services, handyman services, and event planning services. All of these services have become part of
the on demand gig economy, and particularly when the economy does well, people have more
disposable income to spend on miscellaneous services. The gig economy includes 60 million workers
and by 2027, a majority of U.S. workers will be freelance or contract workers. The best way to make your mark in the personal
services industry is to advertise your services locally. You can also post your services and rates
on local Facebook groups, neighborhood newsletters, and email lists and on websites like Upwork
and Handy. Certain types of services even have niche
websites. For example, Rover.com is designed just for
booking pet sitting and dog walking services in over 50 cities across the country. Most personal service businesses don’t require
a large outlay of capital to be successful, but make sure you spend enough on marketing
to spread awareness of your business and capitalize on good customer reviews to grow your company. Service business idea number seven: food delivery
services. Restaurant delivery has grown 20% over the
last five years, and online food delivery is expected to make up 40% of total restaurant
sales by 2020. You’ve probably used or at least heard of
the biggest players in food delivery, such as Seamless and Grubhub, but you can make
good money with a relatively small area of coverage. For example, Jennie’s Kitchen is a New York
City-based food delivery business that services Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island
City. They focus on helping busy parents provide
healthy family meals. They change their menus weekly, and people
are willing to pay prices similar to restaurant prices for fresh organic ingredients and a
rotating menu. Keep in mind that if you’re launching a food
prep and delivery business, you’ll likely need to get food handling permits from your
city or county. For a quicker alternative, you can team up
with local restaurants to deliver their food orders. And those are seven service business ideas
that you can start without investing too much time or money upfront. For more small business inspiration and advice,

Make Money Online 2020: Starting a Profitable Business Online with Business Coach, Mark Daniells

Seven steps of how to start a small online
business. If you follow the information that I’m going
to provide to you in this video. You’ll also have an unfair advantage over
97% of the people who want to start an online business now, you’re probably wondering what
is that unfair advantage of how to start a small online business? You see the online marketing industry is a
46 billion dollar industry. and only 3% succeed another word 3% generate
46 billion dollars a year and their income range anywhere between 15,000 to over 300,000
dollars a month not because they are smarter. They have higher IQ or the even educated. The reason is very simple they know more things
than the 97% that fail now the 97% that fail. the reason they fail is because there are
some information. They don’t know like the steps that I’m going
to show you in this video. So remember the information that I’m about
to give you are in sequential order another word. These steps are in sequence. You can’t do number three before you doing
number two and so forth. So don’t skip or bypass one single step. So, if you commit yourself to the information,
I’m going to show you in this video soon. You’ll be joining the three percent that generate
the 46 billion dollar a year. Step number one is Passion. You have to have a passion in order for you
to succeed. Not only on online also offline as well. If you don’t have a passion, it’s very difficult
for you to succeed in anything at all. So you have to have that passion. Mistakenly, some people think that they don’t
have a passion almost everybody has a passion, but some people don’t know how to bring it
about. That is not a problem. Because if you don’t know how to bring it
about, all you have to do is three things. One of them is put in the comment that you
want to know how to bring about your passion because there are some steps that I have that
can help you tremendously to know exactly what your passion is number to go ahead and
click on the Subscribe button and number three give the channel thumbs up. Please make sure to go ahead and do that. That because if there is enough people who
are interested in that I’ll go ahead and make a special video to bring about your passion
step by step. Step number two, which is foundation. Without a foundation. It’s going to be very difficult. Even if you have passion, which is Step number
one because a lot of the people I am talking about the 97 percent almost all of them. They start their online business without the
foundation that what I like you to do is think about the foundation as something that maybe
you are building. Something like you are let’s say building
a an Empire you build in your own building. Metaphorically speaking like your own Empire
your own building. Well, you can’t build floor number 2 before
you build in floor number one and it’s the same thing. You can’t build a floor number one before
you build your foundation. Now, of course, you have to have the right
equipment, which I call the success tools the success tools are very Similar to the
real thing, for example, if you want to create or if you want to build a building you have
to have for example to build your foundation. You have to have the right tool. like a earth-moving equipment to make the
digging you can’t like go and get a little shovel and start building a foundation of
a building. Right? So it’s the same thing as for online business
is very much the same and the success tools that I’m talking about. About I’m gonna put them in the description
area where you can have access to them. These tools are really not that complicated
but a lot of people that create courses or what have you they never teach them people
don’t know much about them and the people who would know exactly what to do with them
are the only one that actually survived and they are the three percenters that actually
generate almost all the 46 billion dollars that we see online. Line step number three, which is your skills. You have to have some kind of skills and I’m
not talking about very complicated skills, like some people when they hear skills. They think oh I have to be so good at something
not really as long as you have that passion and it doesn’t matter some people have a passion
of playing guitar for example, and they do make lessons and they sell their expertise
of how to for example learn guitar very quickly. So, Usually that’s why I talked about number
one is Passion because you skills you probably already have it, but do not sit there and
try to be perfect these skills because a lot of times people overdo it with perfection
and you really don’t need to overcomplicate things. As long as you have the basics you’re good
to go. step number 4, which is transformation a lot
of people are looking for Action and they’re not looking for just information. you can use information to transform somebody
what I mean by that is that when people are online, for example, they do have a need they
do have a problem. Okay, and if you a person to provide the solution
by information in the form of a product, that’s what I call the power of 3 because there’s
a person who has a problem you do have a solution and the common denominator is actually the
internet. So that’s what transformation is all about. It’s for you to transform the person from
whatever the problem that they have into a solution not just information, but you can
provide a good information that does the transformation and solve that problem. tip number 5, which is delivery. How are you going to deliver your product
to who just purchased it? Let’s say you have a person that just bought
your product. How are you going to deliver it? What medium are you gonna use now? Some people, they fail because they haven’t
thought about that very, well. They didn’t give it a good thought you need
to understand and you need to know exactly before you get started when somebody purchased
your product. You need to know how to deliver it. now I did mention before and the Sales funnel
system. They do also have a course delivery system. So if somebody bought that product through
that sales funnel, they’ll be able to go straight to the course in case you are delivering your
product by course, the other method could be an autoresponder or something else like
a download platform, but it’s very important to know before you get started about the delivery
system that you’re going to be using before you get started. Tip number six, which is automation automation
is very important to your online products without automation is going to be very difficult
for you. Another word. Imagine. If somebody put in an order for you to purchase
something from you, then you got to go and you got to find a computer. Then you have to go online. Then you have to deliver the product. It’s very difficult to do it that way because
you need to be able to have this done. Automatically without you even being involved
in other words, you could be on vacation or you could be sleeping and the delivery of
the product will take place either way. step number seven, which is scaling. Now. What is scaling scaling is Imagine like you
are using an escalator to go up you want to scale your business up. There is the right way to do it and there
is the wrong way to do it and again even this step also goes back to step number two, which
is the foundation without the foundation is going to be very difficult to accomplish your
scaling. Now, there are two types of scaling the wrong
one and the right one when the people using the wrong one. What they do is say is “I am selling products
things are going Okay”. So what I’m going to do now, I’m going to
go spend time on finding some other product for me to sell which is Okay to do but before
you do that, you want to maximize your conversion before you do that. It doesn’t make sense. If you conversion is low and it’s in need
of improvement and you are spending time on something you really don’t need to do at this

Mailchimp for iOS and Android: Your Marketing Brain on the Go

The music industry is a non-stop hustle. I’m always moving, with barely a moment to catch my breath. I get inspiration from everything, and it often happens when I’m on the go. The MailChimp mobile app has really changed the way I run my business. I can create emails on my phone that look as good as the ones I create on the desktop. And if there’s something I need to change, I can quickly edit and send my email before I start my day. I get to act on the ideas I have throughout the day when I’m not near a computer. Wherever I am, the MailChimp app lets me know when I make a sale. I can check out my dashboard to see how my Facebook ads and emails are doing in just a quick glance. I get a notification of how many people didn’t open my email the first time. With just one tap I can resend the email to non-openers Wherever I am Wherever I am MailChimp’s always with me.
