Deploying the MicroStrategy for Office Add-In

Hi, this is MicroStrategy. In this tutorial,
we will show you how to deploy the MicroStrategy for Office add-in. The MicroStrategy for Office add-in has the
ability to connect your company’s powerful MicroStrategy server to Microsoft excel. This
way, you can utilize all the functionality that you are used to in Excel, while taking
advantage of the governed and trusted data that your existing MicroStrategy servers have. I am acting as my company’s Microsoft Office
administrator. Some analysts in my organization would like to utilize the company data and
bring it in to manipulate it within Excel. In order to do this, we need to add the MicroStrategy
for Office add-in to Microsoft Excel. MicroStrategy for Office requires you to have
Microsoft Excel 2016 or later. It is also required that you are running MicroStrategy
2019 or later. The first thing you will need to do is get
the Manifest file from MicroStrategy In MicroStrategy Workstation, click the Environments tab. Right-click the environment you want the Excel
add-in to be activated on, Click “Get Info” Expand the Microsoft Office Add-in File drop-down. Click “Generate Excel Add-in File” Save the file to your hard drive. Now, you can go to your Office 365 Administration
Center In the Administration Center, go to “Settings” Now, go to the “Services & add-ins” page. Select  “Deploy Add-in” at the top of the
page. Click  ”Next”. Click “Upload Custom App” Select “Choose File” upload the manifest file that you just downloaded
from MicroStrategy Workstation On the next page, select  Everyone,  Specific
users/groups, or Just me to specify who the add-in is deployed to. You can also use
the search box to find the specific users or groups who you want to deploy the add-in
to. For this video, I’ll be selecting “Just Me.” Select Deploy. A green tick will appear when the add-in has
been deployed. You can follow the on-page instructions to test that the add-in has
been deployed successfully. Now, if we go to Microsoft Excel we can see
the MicroStrategy for Office add-in has been added to the toolbar on all of my company’s Excel platforms, requiring no additional installation for end-users. Thank you for watching this video on deploying
the MicroStrategy for Office add-in.

10 local market snacks gone in a snap [Stars’ Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant/2020.02.10]

Fill my stomach first. You went there to get chicken? Yes. Incredible. Hello. I’ll take one sweet and spicy chicken. Garlic soy sauce, a small one. Fried chicken is all it takes. (Take them out of the oil and toss them in the sauce) That’s a decent meal. Students love this, don’t they? – Students must love that. / – That looks good. It’s good, easy to eat and cheap. – It was great. / – It looks so good. Sesame seeds. It smells amazing. (Blow on it and pop it in your mouth) (Crunchy) It’s crispy. Did you hear that? It’s so good. How did you make the sauce? – The sauce? / – It’s so delicious. That was sneaky. It’s so delicious. With her innocent face. I don’t think he’ll tell her. We don’t have the time. It’s factory-made. Factory-made. (Honest / It’s factory-made) I see. You’re an honest man. Really? This place specializes in chicken. They look good. They are chicken feet. They look so good. So good. Are they boneless chicken feet? This is Yeongja’s favorite. I’ve never seen that before. Me neither. I’ve never seen chicken feet skewers. (How does chicken feet skewer taste?) (Eyes wide open) The texture is incredible. I can’t believe the texture. (On that note, one more!) – What’s that? / – Pork rinds. – Collagen. / – That’s crazy. – Wow, pork rinds. / – That’s amazing. They have that at the market? Yes. – Do you like pork rinds? / – I love them. I love them too, pork rinds. (Truly delicious / Dolphin’s squeak) FSG? Sir, I’ll take one of that. Isn’t that more mukbang than shopping? I was really hungry. (After a bath in hot oil) (Top with sweet and spicy sauce) That’s deep-fried chicken gizzards, FSG. That’s why they call this FSG. – FSG. / – That one looks really good. All three at once. (First attempt!) You can’t do that. You should eat it one at a time. (I can’t get them out) Eating them altogether would be nice. Oh, no. (Third attempt!) (Smacking her lips) That looks good. (Her fourth attempt was a success) Is it good? It’s really delicious. Our judges like things like this. I think they would love this. – You’ll win 1st place. / – Why didn’t you get us some? – Lee Junghyun. / – Yes. You’re a good cook. Thank you. – People recognize her. / – Everyone talks about her. Thank you. Why don’t you post your recipes online? I will. Thank you. Your all-purpose soy sauce too. – I will. Thank you. / – Her soy sauce. I hope you win first place next time. Thank you! (I will win first place) Everyone’s raving about her. Thank you. I watched the show and you’re an expert cook. No, I still need to learn a lot. Good luck with your business. I hope you win. Thank you. (She’s full) (Let’s go and get chicken!) Hotteok. – Hotteok? / – Hotteok. (A break) How many dishes did you eat? – She ate a lot. / – She ate so much. – The market is full of delicious snacks. / – So much. Sir, I’ll take one hotteok. Their hotteok is really delicious. And they don’t use any flour. It’s all rice. The dough is black. That looks good. That looks delicious. (Wipe) (She’s not drooling) Thank you. It smells delicious. – I’ll eat it like those experts. / – How? There must be a special way. (Expert) You break it open? (How Mr. Paik eats it / Break it open and eat it) This is how the experts eat hotteok, so I’ll try their way. (However) It’s so hot. It’s too hot. Too hot. Ouch, hot. (Suck, suck) (Cool down, cool down) Mr. Paik’s method isn’t easy. (She finally grabbed it by the edge) It’s not easy to break that open. (You can finally see the inside) It was really good. That looks good. It’s different from other hotteok. Break it open, – Black rice, sweet rice. / – spread the honey sauce – by folding it. / – That looks really good. (Finally, she’s taking her first bite) Oh, that looks good. That looks delicious. (Sorghum pops and sauce is sweet) It was even more delicious that way. It’s so good. It tastes a bit like the black rice ice cream I like. (It’s delicious so another bite!) It’s really good. (Wait a minute…) I should tell Yeongja about this place. It’s really good. – Tell me. / – Okay. I’m dying to get some. – Let me have two to go. / – Sure. Thank you. Good luck with your business. Thank you. You can’t help following her. That’s such a lovely voice. She is in love. The anchovies are great.

That Friend Who Never Pays | Teensplain

You were so stingy.
I was never stingy. She was stingy. When we were younger…
You’ve been exposed! I actually don’t remember that.
I promise you that this happened. I have this one friend
that constantly asks for money and I’m just an idiot
so I give it him. Asking for money back,
I feel cheeky, even though they’re the ones that took
the money in the first place. The worst he’s ever asked for is
£122 and he hasn’t paid me back yet. 120! I thought you were
talking about food. £120?! Yeah, I bought him
a shirt and some shoes and he said he was going to pay me
back and he hasn’t. Depends who it is, really. Yes, but it’s never really been
that much money. Yes, I would generally just
cut connections with them cos that’s not the people
I want to hang around with at all. “How do you split the bill?” Most of the time,
I pay for my friends when we go out and things. All
of the time? Most of the time. Normal people would probably split
the bill or just pay for themselves but I end up paying for the whole
thing cos that’s who I am. Pay for everyone? Everyone. I’m a mug all the time, like, once
I’ve paid, I instantly regret it. I’ve got some right leeches
as friends. If you go Nando’s
with your squad and you’re paying for someone else,
usually it’s common courtesy for the other person
to not order something big and go over the price of your meal, but if that happens,
you’re kind of like, “OK…where’s your money, then?” It’s easier for us
cos our group’s just boys. If you’ve got a mixed group… Yeah.
..boys are going to want to pay for their own, the girls
are like, “We’ll just round it up,” and it’s like, “Oh.” We’ve got
mixed groups, it’s a bit different. Mixed groups… Oh, hard. ..tricky. No, not really. 43p, 43p’s not even
getting you out your front door. Yes, if you’re asking them for exact
pennies, but if it’s sort of, “And I got this, so you get this,”
kind of deal, then I don’t think that’s too bad. “Who’s your stingiest friend?” Me?! I never had any money
to be stingy. No, but… Back in the day, when we were
much younger, Agnes was stingy. I’m not going to lie, like, it makes
sense cos my mum would give me £5 for a week. That’s exactly what
you used to say and you were like, “What?! My mum just gave me £5…”
Did you think I was lying? No, I knew you weren’t lying and
I that’s why I paid for it for you. I appreciate it, girl. Thank you. To me, buying, like,
a 99p cheeseburger isn’t going to do anything. It’s not going to do anyone
any harm, as long as she’s eating and she’s healthy and she’s fine,
then it’s absolutely fine. I never even ask for the money back.
Of all the people I know… Oh! ..if someone needs something… Like, I feel bad,
but if she offered to pay it, especially being younger,
it’s like, “OK.” It’s an amazing thing that you have cos I know friends,
they’re not outwardly stingy, but I can tell when they give me
things they don’t want to. If you actually want to give, give,
otherwise keep your mouth closed cos I have friends that are like,
“Do you want some?” I say yeah, and I can see
their face go, “OK.” I would only lend my friends
over a certain amount of money, like, over 100, if it was important.
Yeah. I wouldn’t give it to them,
just to buy their new shirt when they can wait a month because
it causes, like, so much stress. I fully believe in, like, karma.
No. No… I fully believe
that if I do this for you, something’s going to happen to me. And it might not even be
financially, like, if you’re in a place of need. Giving money to people, like,
it benefits you more than you know.

Affiliate Marketing For Beginners: Part One Is Mindset

hey guys today I’m going to talk about
affiliate marketing but I felt that it would be a disservice to just jump right
in to pushing a bunch of buttons and make it a bunch of affiliate marketing
dollars what I feel like in all of my experience and the people that I know
their experience is it takes mindset you have to get into the mindset to today’s
short video is going to be about the mindset needed to begin an affiliate
marketing campaign and we’re gonna get into that right now! before we continue be sure to download my ebook on my 7 step framework on how I launch knock out
products on Amazon it’s free and instant access just click on the link below in
the description also take a minute to subscribe to the channel to stay up on
the latest in EECOM and like this video so other people get to see it okay so
today I start a series of videos on affiliate marketing now I could put
together a 5 hour long video of affiliate marketing and that would
probably bore you to death but what I’m gonna do instead is I’m going to break
this up into a series of segments so be sure and check out the video that I’m
going to create next which is going to be the beginners easy start guide but
again today’s video is all about the mindset you have to have mindset in the
right position to get started with affiliate mark and if you like these
tutorials that I give then please give this video a thumbs up so that other
people will have the opportunity to see this video so affiliate marketing has
both a horrible rep and a great rep at the same time and it’s a little bit
confusing but the reason is because all these gurus come online and tell you
crushed it I made five hundred and four thousand dollars this month with
affiliate marketing just do this isn’t this and it’s that easy and it’s not
that easy ninety-five percent 96 97 98 percent of
all people fail at affiliate marketing because there are a slew of roadblocks
we get hit with them every day I get hit with them every day
people that I know like Chris and Rodri they get hit with them every day you
have to overcome those roadblocks and get in the right mindset for success so
the biggest problem most people face is they look at all these other people
maybe doing a review or an unboxing or some sort of video to do their affiliate
marketing program and they think wow this person or this person or this
affiliate has all of these videos in all of these views whether it’s on Facebook
or YouTube or what-have-you the problem is you get down on that and
what you should do is you should look at that as inspiration yeah you’re starting
from zero right these people are starting from years ago and they have
400 videos and through I don’t know 300,000 likes or subscribers on YouTube
you’ve got to put in the time and do the work to get there so start today look I
know a lot of people and they come to me and ask questions about this sort of
thing this YouTube sort of thing and they say hey listen I look funny or I
sound funny I have an accent and I say to all of them those are all just
excuses just start this today right get on camera I know plenty of people from
India and China New Zealand Australia Europe whatever that feel like they have
funny accents but that unique trait about them is what propels them to
success just get on board and start talking about what you know that’s all
it takes let me know what you do to get in the right mindset to switch from your
home life and your daily job to get into your online business mentality
it takes a lot but write it down in the comments below and let us all know what
you do to get there another mindset issue that I hear a lot is oh I don’t
have all that fancy equipment I don’t have all that stuff that you have I got
one camera in front of me a couple of lighting elements in a microphone right
here above me it’s not expensive and it’s
not super fancy and if you need to wear a lapel pin to start out with get a
couple of floodlights right I should have a floodlight somewhere around here
but use a floodlight you don’t have to have anything fancy put your camera on a
little selfie stick deal on a tripod as you have success or see success in your
business pay for those little upgrades right upgrade to a Canon a TD or upgrade
to something even better than that and get awesome lights and a boom mic and
all the things that I have today but start somewhere and work your way up Oh
mark I don’t have the confidence to get in front of the camera and talk listen
this is a video number 28 for me on this YouTube channel I didn’t have the
confidence yeah get in front of some people and talk and I like to be out
there and be social but the minute I got in front of a camera to start talking to
you boy things got awkward but like I said just a short few videos later boom
it’s just second nature and you won’t get there unless you start it’s all
about mindset quit making up excuses and just start doing it you will never see
the success if you don’t just start doing it so do it today the other thing
that is most critical to your success in entrepreneurialship write or affiliate
marketing like the series is about its time management so you need to give
yourself an allotted amount of time every day if you’re really going to
start a business and make it a distraction-free zone right turn off
your cell phone give yourself an allotted amount of time set a timer
whatever it needs to be right be sure to shut the door so the kids don’t run in
there but give yourself a schedule a list of goals for the week and back into
a list of goals per day right you want to be learning new things and working on
today’s objective whatever it is I think ultimately as soon as you break
these obstacles the obstacles that mostly come from up here that’s when
you’re going to ultimately see success and I wish you the best of luck and stay
tuned for the rest of this series in the playlist on affiliate marketing for
beginners okay guys like always thanks for
watching this video and I hope that you’re able to use this
information and really put it to use for you like I said let me know how you get
in the right mindset for your online business also don’t forget to download
my ebook on how I launched knockout products on Amazon it is free and
instant access just click on the link in the description please subscribe to the
channel and like this video so it’ll be promoted and other people to get a
chance to see it and now watch this video

Hidden Chinese Market in Shanghai

so I’ve been living in this residential
compound in Shanghai for about two years now and it’s not bad. I mean, the rent is
relatively low the area is pretty peaceful and quiet… well as quiet as a
residential compound can be in China we’re not too far away from downtown and
there’s even a gym “Gym” now there are few downsides about living
around here. it’s an old neighbourhood so there’s no mall or specialized shops to
do your shopping and restaurants are kind of rare around here and good ones even harder to find But what annoyed me the most about living around here is how inconvenient it is to do your grocery shopping I mean there’s this little shop
here right here in my compound and that’s good to buy like peanuts,
instant noodles and water but you can’t really rely on a little shop like this
to get your food now maybe a block out of my compound like a five minute walk or something,
there’s a small supermarket but it’s more like a bonafide
convenience store you’ll find pretty much the same variety you’ll find in
this shop here but maybe more quantities and more brands now if I want to do a proper grocery shopping
I have to go to this place called Carrefour which is a
big supermarket it’s a French supermarket chain you can pretty much find anything you want over there but it’s a 20-minute bike ride from here and those are pretty much the only options
I have to buy my food well that’s what I thought
for the whole first year I was living here and then by accident,
I discovered this farmers’ market right outside of my compound and through the whole year i was living here
i never even knew about it now let me show you why it took me a year
to find out about this place well as you can see
here this is the gate we’re just walking out of the compound and then you just go in here
which looks like… I don’t know some kind of residential or
business compound and there’s no obvious signs of a market
there’s no like busyness or activity or
sign or fruits or cases or anything like that and then we have to go inside this
little door here and then this little door here and then BOOM we’re in the
farmers market a really big and busy farmers market now how was I supposed to know
that there was a big farmers market right here like there was no sign no way
for me to find out all right anyways let’s take a look around I’ll show you
everything you can find around here it’s pretty cool of course you can find
grains beans and rice and here you got the vegetables this is the lady I usually get my
vegetables from she’s very good *LAUGH* she always gives me a bit of spring onion as
a bonus for free this is where I get my mushrooms so many different types of mushrooms there’s the mushroom lady *laughs* Nihao! *more laughs* yeah everybody’s
really nice here I really enjoy shopping here everything is fresh it’s quite busy
at times but it’s it’s really a nice experience and here you’ll find the eggs I really don’t know what those are it looks a bit nasty. it looks like
eggs and mud if any of you know what that might be
let me know I never tried those those are quail eggs or pigeon eggs and you
got all the regular chicken eggs and if you go further back you got this lady
here and she can fix your clothes or she can even make new clothes for
you can she can even make new clothes for
you Nihao! so you see you can really find
everything like all the basic needs for your home you can find them here here is a lady that will duplicate your keys in here you’ll find canned goods sauces and
spices Nihao! here is like the chicken area you can buy chicken and duck Nihao! most of it is frozen here are the noodles “mian” most of them are freshly made noodles
they make it in the back there and here you can find
alcohol and vinegar we’re not done yet. we’re not done.
there’s a lot more here you can find preserved goods so it’s mostly like marinated vegetables and fruits more chickens you can find tiny chicken,
bigger chicken, yellow chicken, black chicken if what you want is chicken
she got you covered then after the chicken is tofu all kinds of tofu those here
those little cubes here are my favorite ones they’re really soft
they’re really good here you’ll find homemade dumplings
“jiaozi” it’s really good if you’re feeling a bit lazy
here she got you covered she’s got a bunch of marinated vegetables and meat all you have to do is cook it
it’s already marinated and seasoned you got vegetables fish tofu
meat shrimps now those things I think they’re pig colon and stomach you got some frozen fish balls and
spring rolls and then you got the main aisle here
and basically you got fruits on your left all kinds of fruit shops selling those delicious long yan,
strawberries, oranges, pears cherry tomatoes Kiwis and grapes bananas
grapefruit and on this side you got the meat here is mostly pork meat
and you can get all kinds of different cuts you can get your ribs here your even on some blood
pudding there’s some homemade sausages if you want your meat grounded
they can do it for you if you want any type of cut they’ll do it for you it’s really great! I keep repeating myself but it’s really cool to have this if you fancy a pig foot you got it and finally right behind me there’s the seafood
section let’s go check it out here you have live shrimps live fish Oh a big fish! all kinds of shrimps
you’ll have mostly River shrimps “Piaoliang” you can choose your shrimps yourself or
she’ll help you you know you want the lively ones can’t
get any fresher to this, right? it’s not something I’m really used to
like buying live shrimps and cooking them myself it’s not something ever had the chance
to do before moving here in here in those bags you’ll have crabs
are those alive? yeah! they’re alive this one moved a bit we can’t see very well here
but you can buy live turtles I’ve had Turtles a couple of times
the meat is good it doesn’t taste too much it’s a bit like chicken but the
skin and the cartilage is really sticky like it keeps sticking on your fingers
on your lips everywhere it’s really weird and here you can find the bigger
fish oh! this is still something I’m not used
to I don’t know if you noticed but she’s just knocked
a fish out by throwing it on the ground to be honest the cleanliness of the
place is not very appetizing especially in this fish section but you can’t
really question the freshness though someone’s about to have a fish head for
dinner it’s still breathing can you imagine that I spent a whole
year without knowing about this place it’s crazy what I’ve been missing out on
seriously anyways I really enjoy coming here so I
thought I’d share it with you every time I come to this market it puts me in a
good mood because people are nice people are friendly food is great all those
fresh ingredients all those colors, all those scents I really enjoy this
experience every time I hope you appreciated this visit of the market the hidden market
that’s what I like to call it and I’ll see you in the next video

Can You Afford Student Loan Debt On A Chiropractor Salary? | Student Loan Planner

Travis with Student Loan Planner here. Is
a typical chiropractor salary enough to pay back the student loan debt? Here’s
the issue. You really can see a lot of chiropractor salaries for new grads
being in the $50,000 range. That’s been our experience, and we’ve consulted with
hundreds of chiropractors on their student loan debt. And we see a range of
incomes, you know. Some have broken the six-figure mark that owned their own
practices that are doing really well, but we’ve also seen people only make $40,000
struggling to get full-time work having to be an associate for somebody else
that’s also struggling. So we’ve seen everything in between. I would say the
most common expected income you can count on would be $50,000 to $60,000 because, you know, demand for chiropractic is not the same in a lot of
states, and the reimbursement is certainly not the same as other medical
professionals. So you might have to rely on someone’s ability to pay you, and that
could really pose a challenge. Now, if you’re going to borrow $200,000 to $250,000, which is the typical debt that we see
for chiropractic school, if you wanted to pay back your debt over 20 years, you
would have 40% of your income going to loans in a lot of cases. That’s
really not sustainable psychologically, but also it’s just you’re not making
enough progress. And if you’re gonna take 20 years to pay back your loans anyway, you
might as well go for a Pay As You Earn plan that can pay your loans, but have
most of them be forgiven because you’ll be paying 10% of your income,
which could be maybe $4,000 or $5,000, instead of $20,000 or $30,000 or $40,000 or $50,000, you know, a year. And for chiropractors, if you’re gonna become a chiropractor, you should definitely do it
for non-financial reasons. So the average chiropractor just does not break the
salary that a decently earning bachelor’s degree holder makes. So given
that that’s the case, you cannot justify the degree from a financial perspective.
However, if you are a chiropractor already, you obviously want to try to
make as much money as you can, and you probably want to try to be a practice
owner. So if that’s the case, then you want to minimize your taxable income, utilize the loan
forgiveness strategy, and have a high savings rate, and you can actually have a
really solid financial life no matter what your student loan debt. So a
chiropractor salary, you’ve got to do it for the love of what you do and not for
the income, even though some people can make a good income, but you should not go into it expecting that, from our experience. If
